It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all ordered items fit into the home and that there is no restricted access. Therefore please measure stairwells and door access points in your home to ensure our larger items such as sofas and wardrobes will fit through.
Delivery to your Room of choice:
We will send enough strong hands to deliver your heavier pieces. Please advise the courier before delivery whether you will be able to assist the driver with medium sized items such as mirrors or consoles. This would keep delivery costs down. Larger items such as Sofas, Beds, Chests of drawers and Armoires are delivered to the room of your choice.
